Tea London is a Bespoke Audio Visual (AV) installations company based in Crystal Palace, South-East London. Tea London is not a retail concern but does open its doors regularly to the public for open day events.

Bespoke: Custom made to the buyer’s specification. Tea London is a bespoke audio visual design consultancy.

We design and consult on audio and video systems for virtually any setting, for any purpose: for homes, open spaces, installations, offices, boardrooms and so on.

Working with your nominated architects and/or designers we will ensure that AV equipment is integrated within your architectural and interior design aspiration. We help advice and shape the design of a space to accommodate the equipment necessary to delivery audio and visual systems, working within the constraints of the design and budget.

Regardless of the nature of the design we always ensure there is a good value proposition for the customer – ensuring good value for money, long life-span and an adaptable, therefore evolving, system that can adapted and upgraded over time as tastes and requirements change.

TEA London offer design, consultation, free-supply, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting and full installation services. We adapt to each project’s requirements, delivering the level of services required and guiding those aspects handled by your nominated sub-contractors. In longer term projects the design is more organic, evolving with key customer decisions in longer term building and renovation projects, with the aim to stay within the original project budget.

Timothy Francis started Tea London in 2004 primarily as an IT consultancy, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience in enterprise IT service delivery.

Tea London were routinely asked by their clients to undertake AV installations, both in the corporate and domestic sphere, which turned out to be a far more interesting than delivering IT services. Our experience in IT however did stand us in good stead, as AV hardware converges more with networks and the Internet. In 2008 Tea London reformed to focus solely onĀ  Custom AV installations, and has since a number of technically challenging and interesting AV installations for a variety of settings and a wide range of budgets.

In early 2011 Tea London opened offices on Anerley Road, Crystal Palace.
