Since 2004 we have worked with pretty much every major (and minor) AV authorised distribution partner in the UK. We have managed to work out where the best products are for a reasonable price.
Defining the ‘best’ is a subjective term – by what measure is something the best? Tea London don’t interpret the best as meaning the most pleasing to the eye, or the largest set of features for the lowest possible price. We don’t judge products solely on its price in relation to the features offered; we also look at overall long-term reliability, performance, build quality and, most crucially, how good the after-sales service experience is. We believe this gives us a more balanced view of a product’s value. Our 15 years’ of AV experience and 25 years enterprise IT networking experience allows to make such recommendations in a balanced and unbiased fashion. We don’t make recommendations on the basis of the ease at which we can buy a product, or because there are incentives offered by distributors, instead we look at what makes functional sense for a project design and what will give long term reliability for the customer.
