Our Guarantee – In plain English

Tea London guarantees its workmanship against installation defects and flaws, and fundamental design flaws for a minimum of 2 years. This guarantee covers any fundamental issues with our workmanship and or if there are any fundamental design flaws (such as bugs) that have a tangible affect on a system’s performance, safety, and/or operation.

This guarantee does not cover ongoing systems maintenance, technical support, systems development, system modifications, documentation, system upgrades, training, and new projects/installations.

The guarantee will cover troubleshooting and fault-finding. If any components within a system are found to be faulty, this guarantee will not cover the replacement or repair of any faulty hardware components. Faulty hardware components will be subject to the hardware manufacturer’s own warranty terms. If Tea London originally supplied the faulty component, then we will facilitate its repair or replacement using the manufacturer’s warranty channel. Tea London will not necessarily facilitate the warranty repair or replacement of any components it did not supply, for example any preexisting components, or new hardware purchased elsewhere. If there are any charges related to the execution of a manufacturer warranty, for example the collection/delivery charges to/from the manufacturer’s nominated agents, these charges will be for the customer’s account.

The guarantee will not cover any faults or flaws as a consequence of systems damage and/or performance issues that are a direct result of force majeure, vandalism, abusive operation, and/or as a direct result of modifications to systems (programming, wiring changes, and changes to hardware components) not made by Tea London. Tea London’s guarantee can only extend to the aspects of the installation/system that would fall under our direct control or within the specific contractual terms and scope of works defined at the start of any project.

Whether we supplying ongoing support and maintenance to your customers, or in response to any installation issues reported to us we will always respond in a timely fashion and address any issues fairly and promptly.
